Mark Young

 

As senior vice president and chief operations officer of StayWell Health Management, Mark Young participates on the executive team and oversees development, implementation and support of technical solutions that drive the company’s client deliverables. An industry veteran and longtime health care industry executive, Mark brings more than 20 years of experience in strong leadership within all aspects of technical development, product strategies and customer service.  

 

Prior to StayWell, Mark held multiple senior-level executive positions simultaneously at Sage Healthcare, a division of The Sage Group, plc., a UK-based company and formerly a division of Web MD. These positions included senior vice president of transaction services, overseeing all electronic data interchange services; senior vice president of research and development of all products in the portfolio; and senior vice president of IT and chief information officer, supporting all internal systems and infrastructure. 

 

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the West Virginia Institute of Technology.
