Sue Willette

As senior vice president and chief growth officer for StayWell Health Management, Sue Willette establishes organizational capabilities to develop and execute a pipeline of new growth platforms. Sue also aligns the company with future health care trends, and leverages core capabilities to exceed client expectations. Sue manages company strategic planning and provides consulting expertise on customer programs.

Prior to rejoining StayWell, Sue served as worldwide partner and national practice leader of the Health & Productivity Management specialty consulting team at Mercer. In this capacity, Sue led a diverse team of more than 50 industry professionals and generalist consultants in the design, development, implementation, management and evaluation of integrated health and productivity management programs for the employer market.

Sue serves on the board of directors for The Care Contiuum Alliance and has judged the URAC Best Practices Award program. She frequently speaks at national and international venues, is published in industry trade journals and often is quoted by the press as a health and productivity management expert. Sue holds a bachelor’s degree in interdepartmental communications with a concentration in business and health from St. Cloud State University.
