2. HealthStep® Health Assessment
   
   This 32-question, cost-effective survey incorporates the strengths of the award-winning HealthPath survey into a concise yet shorter questionnaire. Up to six additional questions allows the survey to be customized for your organization. Our onsite test delivery enables us to provide employees with instant feedback on what they’re doing right, what they can do to improve their health, and any immediate health concerns.
