StayWell HelpLine
The StayWell HelpLine is a toll-free telephone service provided to eligible employees and family members. It provides confidential, barrier-free access to a Health Educator for a broad range of assistance, including:
The StayWell HelpLine Health Educators use our HealthGuide® Management Information System to access a caller's HA results and other participation data. This allows the Health Educator to consider the entire risk profile when responding to questions and provides a unique opportunity to engage the caller in focused discussions regarding behavior change.
